These are examples of some of the projects developed by users.
Hello everyone. We have a couple of online stores, and we are listed on marketplaces with different delivery methods. Products are purchased from several suppliers, with or without API integration. As the project developed, we encountered many routine tasks, which we solved through automation using N8N + RetailCRM + Google Sheets. The latter two services are obviously not scalable and flexible, which became the starting point for implementing Totum.
The current stack is N8N + Totum. The data calculated there is transmitted to RetailCRM + the website (opencart/MySQL) + OZON / YM / MegaMarket / WB / Avito + notifications and Telegram bots.
Of course, this is not a simple project that only uses Totum methods, but for us, it frees up a huge amount of time that we previously spent doing manually. Also, RetailCRM has many modules for each MP, you can spend a lot of money, and it will replace our scheme. But all this is not only about the cost of each module but also their limitations and capabilities...
Our company is engaged in the production of furniture both for project contracts and individual orders. We were looking for software to manage shop floor operations. Everything available on the market is either expensive, complicated, or impossible to customize, etc. Before Totum, we also used 1C UNF for management accounting, Planfix as a CRM, and Basis-Warehouse for operational supply of materials and components. Gradually, all blocks were implemented in Totum, and we abandoned the rest of the software.
The advantages we noted for ourselves:
Erpic accounting system for a soft furniture factory. It uses Totum and, due to the company's growth, has undergone several functional updates. Currently, 45 employees with different access levels work in a unified space:
Greetings! Due to the increase in the number of clients, there was a need to automate the process of generating a set of documents (ACT, invoice, instructions, etc.). I spent a lot of time looking for a simple and suitable solution to replace the EXCEL client accounting table that my colleagues maintained. There are various solutions on the internet, but most of them require sufficient knowledge and experience in programming, which was not suitable for me as I am not a programmer. The maximum I dealt with was changing the PHP/HTML/CSS code on an already existing website.
We have a client accounting system, contacts with them, and services provided. I am not a programmer; initially, I made the accounting system in Access, but due to the growth of the organization and the number of employees, a transition to the WEB was required. After long searches, I came across TOTUM.
We implement solutions that will be convenient for a specific company. Yes, all the functions needed by "BEKS" can be implemented in 1C, but we chose Totum and did not regret it.
The system of registration for training events with volumes of 500 students/month, synchronizing schedules with the website, payments, receipts, accounting for income/expenses, and a sophisticated loyalty system. About 15 users.
Production system for a metalworking company, allowing the company's dealers to place orders directly into their information system, automatically receive production deadlines based on current workload, interact with managers and shop floor masters, and calculate who owes whom money.
Production system accounting for component purchases, product assembly, installations, customer training, and necessary reporting documentation.
Initially, the database was maintained by the customer in MS Access, but due to business growth and the lack of automatic actions, it no longer met the requirements for suppliers in production planning and document accuracy – it was rebuilt on Totum.
